Aishwarya Rai was born in
Manglore, Karnadaka to
Krishnaraj Rai and Brinda
Raj.She has got an elder
brother Aditya Rai. Sh
e did her all studies in
Mumbai as her family
shifted to Mumabai.While
studying for Architecture
she started modeling. In
1994 biggest turning point
of her career arrived. She
won the Miss World title
in that year, Eventough
she was second in the
Miss India title. After
the title she got lot of
opportunities to work
in as a professional model
and do some advertising
work
